4 Top Tips on Creating an Awesome Capsule Wardrobe

 Do you have a wardrobe full of clothes and nothing to wear? Imagine having a wardrobe full of clothes that you actually wear and love!

To achieve this you need to start by creating a capsule wardrobe.
A capsule wardrobe is a collection of a few essential items that don’t go out of fashion.
To create your perfect capsule wardrobe here are 4 of my top tips:

1. Dress for your body shape

Once you understand your body shape you will have a better idea on what style suit you. It’s important that you build a wardrobe full of clothes that fit properly and accentuate the bits you love ;-)

2.  Assess your Lifestyle

Look at your lifestyle and work out exactly what type of clothes you need. For example, do you work in corporate or are you a stay at home mum?
If you are a stay at home mum then you will need more casual and smart/casual outfits.

3.  Start with good basics

All successful wardrobe’s start with good quality basics. These will be the foundation to your wardrobe.
It's really important to love everything in your wardrobe including basics. If you love everything then you will feel confident which will make you look effortlessly stylish.

4.  Stick to neutrals

Sticking to neutral colours is a must for these capsule pieces so they can all mix and match easily.
Neutral colours include black, navy, white, grey, khaki and denim. All the neutral colours go together which will make it so much easier for you!
Winter can be a hard time to get dressed. It’s freezing in the morning and so tempting just to rug up with thick layers and not think too much about how it works together.
