Exchange and Returns

SHIPPING: KAJA Clothing offers FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $89 in Australia. For orders less than $89, standard charges apply. 

RETURNS: 

A) If you wish to return and/or exchange your products, you may do so within 30 days of purchase provided the products are in original condition, in original packaging and you can show proof of purchase   

B) Just email our awesome team at sales@kajacloting.com.au to notify us of your wish to return/exchange the products. The more details you give, the easier it is for us... so make sure you tell us your name, what you ordered and why you want to exchange. 

C) We will then get in touch and provide you with a return address and for faulty products we will give you information for free postage. (Australia full priced items and exchanges only) For international refunds and exchanges email us and we'll let you know what to do :)

D) Please make sure you include in your parcel details of the return/exchange! While our staff are brilliant, they aren't mind readers and we need to know who the products are from and what to send back! 

E) Once we have received your items, please allow five days for us to process the exchange/refund. Relax, you haven't been forgotten.

If you don't receive your products after a long time (be reasonable here...!!!) just send us through a nice little email and we will make sure your order hasn't been lost in a pile of clothes :)
